Form to filter report
I have a SmartSheet Form collecting information for room areas for different building types. Can I have a checkbox for each room? If the box is checked, the Recap Report will include it in the room area calculation.

I resolved this by creating a yes/no column for each room type in item 2. Database (Smartsheet). Each of the individual Smartsheets for item 4. BoD Formulas, calculate a zero for each room (row) if the column above is no.

Hi Andree, the room areas are calculated in step 4 Basis of Design Calculations. Each country has a separate BoD Smartsheet with the area calculations for about 100+ rooms. These SmartSheets reference inputs in step 3. Inputs.
