@Andrée Starå Thank you for getting back. We are trying to provide access to a user from different account to a doc in our account. Is that doable?

It depends on what Smartsheet plan you/they have.

When you say doc, do you mean a file, sheet, or something else?

Yes, we have enterprise plan. Yes with doc, I meant file, sheet.

Also, looks like we can add a user from another account to have access to doc in our instance following below steps :-

• Select Account > Admin Center > Security/Safe Sharing List.
• In the Approved Domain Sharing section, select Edit.
• The Approved Domain Sharing List window appears:
• Select the Enable sharing in Smartsheet only to the domains and email addresses listed below checkbox.
• In the Approved domains box, type in each email domain (for example: companydomain.com) that users will be allowed to share to.
• If there are any specific email addresses that users should be able to share to that fall outside of the allowed domains, enter them in the Approved email addresses box.
• Select OK.

Once the user is added in the instance, the owner of the project or doc, can share it to that user.
