If my Product Certified User certification expired is there a recertification process or do I take the full course and exam again?

You do have to retake the exam again.

I am the owner of the sheet/workspace. I have given Admin Privilege to a few non-licensed users. One user was able to create a new report, and another user is getting this error message. Is this a Smartsheet issue?
