One time use of form

Hi!

I am still creating the pre-onboarding checklist using the form. However, one roadblock for me is that the user can use the link multiple times.

Is smartsheet capable of limiting the link to one time use only? Like, if I answered the form already and then I click the link again it will show a message of "You have already submitted this form, only one submission is allowed"

Unfortunately, it's not possible now, but it's an excellent idea!

Please submit this as a Product Feedback or Idea (If it hasn't been added already) when you have a moment.

Here's a possible workaround or workarounds

• Using Update Requests instead

Hi Andrée,

I think requesting an update is different.

Example: I asked someone to answer the form. If they are done, what I want is that they can no longer access it or cannot submit another response since they already answered it.

Yes, it's different, but the good thing is that it can only be submitted once.
