Does anyone know what we may be getting this error code or how to fix it?

Hi @Lori Carenzo

It sounds like you're receiving an error when trying to Save a sheet.

In this instance, I would recommend creating a case with Smartsheet Support showing full screen captures and/or a screen recording of your issue, including the steps you took leading up to the message and the sheet URL.

I checked in with our Support team and they have not received a case from you yet in regards to this issue.

If it's still occurring, please open a new Support Case from the Portal Home Page,

and provide the following details in the Description box: 

• Screen recording of when you receive the error message
• Sheet URL that you receive the message
• Does the same error occur on any other sheets?
• Does the same error occur if you create a copy of the sheet with Save as New?
• Are any other Shared Users seeing the same message, or is it just yourself?
• What browser are you using, and do you see the same error on other browsers?

They'll be able to troubleshoot this with you in a private channel where you can share these details!
