Worflow : automatic document generation

I just realized that it was possible to automatically generate documents with "Automation". But it doesn't work for me. Am I the only one ?

I configured everything but the workflow does not work but I want to automatically generate and send PDFs with DocuSign. The error message is: "One or more blocks in this workflow are invalid. Please modify the workflow to see more detail."

I created a form and I would like that when a line is added it generates a document with docusign. But it doesn't work. I get an error message saying: "One or more blocks in this workflow is invalid. Please edit the workflow to see more details."
