Automated Email Appearance

Is there any way, through added applications, coding, etc that you can improve the appearance of the automated emails? Changing background color, font size, bold, underline, etc?

Is there a way to make our logo bigger? Its tiny in the automated email.

Any help is appreciated, thank you!

There currently isn't a way to customize the format of data that comes through in an automated alert.

Dynamic View is built on the underlying Smartsheet sheet - this means that any actions in Dynamic View that trigger a notification email are triggering the workflow on the sheet. There isn't a separate workflow service associated with Dynamic View.

You could potentially use Document Builder to map data from Smartsheet into a fillable PDF! This would allow you to get the visuals you would like in the PDF and have the data come in automatically from Smartsheet. Document Builder can also be synced up with DocuSign, if that helps.
