I am wanting to use the Project Management Office Template to create a PO System Template instead. On the Intake Sheet I can change the column headers. But I cannot change the First Row Title Cells. They are tied to the Metadata Sheet in the Template. I want to know how to change these to reflect the titles I need, such as PO #, Vendor, etc. Can anyone assist??? I have attached a picture of the row.

Are you able to also provide a screenshot of the metadata sheet?

    Hi @Micah Turner

If you're updating the headers in the Intake Sheet, you'll just need to make sure you update all the top-level rows in your Metadata sheet (or sheets, if you've created copies of the folder).

The Metadata formula is referencing the top row in this formula:

    =INDEX({Portfolio Summary Data}, MATCH($[Project ID]@row, {Project ID}, 0), MATCH([Project Name]$1, {Portfolio Summary Header Row}, 0))

It's Matching the first row cell in the current sheet with the first row cell in your Intake sheet to find the right column.

Check out the Template Set Page for details on how to make updates! The header "Customize Project Intake and Portfolio Level" header has a short gif with an explanation:
