Pie Chart is Grayed out in Dashboard

I have a dashboard that was working correctly with a pie chart widget. Now the pie chart is grayed out and is no longer an option. The data does have values greater than zero so I'm not sure what the issue is. Especially since it used to work just fine.

This is the formula I am using in my summary sheet to get a count. =COUNTIF([Success Type]:[Success Type], "NPS") + COUNTIFS([Success Type]:[Success Type], "NPS", [Follow Up Email]:[Follow Up Email], "1")
