New to smartsheet and need to build team's project portfolio

Hi there

Im very new to smartsheet and am trying to build a view of all projects in each team within our department so it can be easily presented to senior management and assist in prioratisation.

Ive found the project management set too be too complex for what we need at the moment. is there a basic template/template set anyone can suggest please? I need to be able to easily present what projects each team in the department has on going/planned.

Thanks for the response @Andrée Starå ! currently the list of projects is simply listed in an excel sheet
