Good day,

We currently want to work out the time a technician arrives and leaves at a client?

Any solutions on this?

make 2 forms on one sheet. Have system created column for "created" time. first form "Arriving" second form "Leaving". Set the default value of status in the form to the appropriate value. All they have to do is put in their name into the correct form and submit.
