Match duplicates in multiple cells

I'm looking for a formula or report that will highlight where there are duplicate cells across multiple columns within 1 sheet.

I have a sheet to help in web content clean up. We have resources that contain multiple links to other resources. We are scrubbing each piece of content and adding the URLs of the linked resources into a cell within a column. Columns are titled URL 1, URL 2, URL 3,...URL 20 etc.

There could me a duplicate URL in any column and any row. Is there a formula that will help me identify which cell has a match/duplicate?
