Report by user: Filter empty for only one user
Hi,
I have created a report by user and it works fine for all users of my sheet with the exception of one user.
The field that I have marked in yellow below is showing empty for this one user and therefore not pulling the data for her, she only gets a blank sheet.
How can I fix this?

I'm guessing the Submitted By is a contact email field? I'd suggest having the user go to their account icon in the bottom left of any SmartSheet page. It will say Sign Out and their email address that's tied to their account. Is that email address the same as the Submitted By email address listed on your sheet for them? If not, that could be the problem. Maybe this user has signed up for SmartSheet with 2 email addresses?

Hi Mike, thank so much for your answer! Yes, it's a contact email field. The user is on vacation right now, as soon as she's back I'll let you know if this fixed the issue.

- Ensure that the user is shared with the underlying sheets that the Report is referencing.
