Heart of Missouri - Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA)

HOM CASA was established with the primary focus of cultivating a group of volunteers to serve as non-attorney officers of the court who advocate for the best interests of children in foster care due to abuse or neglect. CASA volunteers are dedicated to one child at a time (sometimes siblings) in order to establish a safe relationship with a non-affiliated person in order to advocate the best interest of the child for long-term success.
