Report does not refresh when completing a form.

Here is a diagram of my project. Items 2, 3 and 4 are separate Smartsheets. The input form is for the item 2. Database.

The input form has yes/no checkboxes to include the row(s) in the report calculation. In Item 4. BoD formulas, the value is zero if the checkbox is no. The Recap Report filters out rows with zeros.

After the user submits the form, the browser goes to the Recap Report link.

The problem is that the report does not refresh, filtering out the zero rows. I have to manually access one of the Smartsheets in 4. BoD Formulas before the Recap Report refreshes the data.

Any advice?

I resolved the issue by changing the form settings.

Instead of including the report link via "Send the user to link" after the form is submitted, I embed the report link in the "Display this confirmation message"
