Cross Reference from Form's Response sheet

Hi!

I am currently working with 2 sheets - 1st sheet is the response from form where I'll be getting my data while 2nd sheet is where I want the details to be auto populated.

However, when new response is submitted to the 1st sheet (thru the form), it shows #NOMATCH to the 2nd sheet.

It seems that I have to update range of the vlookup formula every time there us a new a response from the 1st sheet.

Is there a workaround for it to be constant reference like adding a $ in google sheets?

When creating the cross sheet references, select the column header(s) to have it select the entire column which will then grab all new rows as they are inserted.
