Mass update workflows inside of a Workspace?

Hello,

I am currently in a workspace with about 20+ programs (folders) being managed. I was asked to change the workflow to add a new contacts column for the automated email to be sent to.

Is there any way to update all of the sheets inside of my workspace at once instead of opening each individual sheet to change this workflow?

I could ask the same question about changing column names, adding/deleting columns, cell formulas, and other aspects of the sheet that would be convenient for me to mass update.

If you built the workspace and files via Control Center, this is possible. Instructions here: https://help.smartsheet.com/articles/2482113-global-updates-columns

If you built the workspace and files manually, you will have to update them all manually.
