Contact List pulling emails but not names

Hi

I have imported a contact list into my Smartsheet. It is working, however, it is only pulling the email addresses, and not the first and last name. What am I missing?

Can you clarify how you imported the Contact list into Smartsheet? Do you mean you uploaded contacts into your "My Smartsheet Contacts" list? If so, can you clarify that you had your CSV file set up like the one outlined in this Help Article:
