Form field for calculating questions

Hi, brand new to SmartSheet! I tried to search for help on my question only finding some posts that were similar but not exact. I created a form, following the BARC 10 assessment which I've attached, that we can easily and quickly have individuals complete and submit via a tablet rather than hardcopy. It would be great if we could get their score calculated on the form for us to assist them with referrals to appropriate services, right then and there. Questions 1-10 are weighted by "strongly disagree" 1 point to "strongly agree" 6 points. Is it possible to have a "score field" that will calculate their answer for each question? I am also not sure how to put the numerical weight for each answer without it showing on the form so as of now the dropdown is text "strongly disagree" etc. Thank you in advance!

Unfortunately, it's not possible now to do calculations in the form, but it's an excellent idea!

Please submit this as a Product Feedback or Idea (If it hasn't been added already) when you have a moment.

Here's a possible workaround or workarounds

• Have the calculation happen on the sheet after submission.
