Any residential home remodeling company's using Smartsheet

We are a small remodeling company, trying our best to learn and utilize Smartsheet. We do not do new build construction.

I'm looking for remodelers that have been using Smartsheet for a while that would be interested in having a conversation about uses, best practices, etc. This would not be a conversation about formulas or functions, rather what you have found works well for remodeling residential homes and Smartsheet.

I would be happy to have the conversation within the Community page or other formats.

    Hey Phil, I assist a new-construction homebuilder with a bunch of tasks using smartsheet.

    We've had the most success with:

    1. Punchlists (adding issues via form to a master punchlist, with sepreports for each home AND vendor)
    2. Logs - everything that happens on every job is logged via forms to te master log. This helps with record keeping, scheduling, and time-based automation
    3. Expense Documentation
    4. Scheduling - although we haven't been great with this
    5. Task management
