Update Cell to show current trend arrow for current month
Hey Community!
I have not been able to find a viable solution to what I am trying to create.
I have a repository sheet that keeps track of current data. In this sheet, I show trend arrows that show "Sideways," "Up," and "Down" depending on the data entered.
Now I'm attempting to figure out how to display this trend arrow in the highligted cells below, that are only relevent to the current month for the correlated column.
The purpose of this is to enable me to reference this cell in a different report sheet so that it will always display the current trend without requiring me to manually alter it for the current month.
Thank you, for any responses in advance! :)

@Ryan Sides - this made all the difference - I was able to formulate the following based on your response, and worked.
Which now when I enter the month - shows me the corresponding arrow for that month.

@Giovanni_64 You can add a helper column that gets marked when today's date has the same month of your Date column. Then in your yellow fields use an index/match formula to pull the arrows into those cells by finding the row associated with the helper column.
