2 forms one sheet

Hi all,

I have 2 forms connected to one sheet. I would like to trace which form was used for submission.

I tried to put in a source field with a default value which is the title of the form, to differentiate the two. However, while it populated the column in the sheet it, does not display the default value chosen that would help identify which form was used. Does anybody have an idea on how to solve this?

You should be able to select the default value and hide the field.
