How do I get rid of 'INVALID DATA TYPE' Error that displays when cell has no data?

Hello All,

I have a problem that I am hoping the community can help with -

I am looking to pull the year out of a date column - and the formula I have works but returns an 'INVALID DATA TYPE' error if there is not a date populated in the cell.

How do I adjust the formula to not display anything if the date referenced is blank?

Here is the formula - the Remediation Reported date column to the right is where the year is pulled from.

What should the formula look like?

Please let me know if more info is needed.
