Not familiar with Smartsheet reports. :(

You could build a report and use the grouping/sum/count feature to get the necessary totals.

Reports are included in all plans but are limited in the PRO plan.

Thanks, I'll keep fiddling with the Formula. Easier than asking my boss for Money :)
