Getting a fillable PDF to auto fill once a Smartsheets form has been completed

Hello! I'm trying to get a fillable PDF to auto fill once a Smartsheets form has been completed. I have automation turned on to generate a fillable PDF, but it's blank. Is there a way to have the fields in a given row auto-fill a generated fillable PDF? If so, how do I do that? Thanks!

Have you set up the PDF so it's connected with the correct fields in the sheet?

I missed that! I just tried it and it worked! I'm still learning the ropes with Smartsheets, so thank you for your help! Also, if in the fillable PDF there's bubbles to click for a "yes" or "no" question, is there a way to link the associated form question that is set up in a dropdown format with "yes" or "no" as the options?

Hi @Emilie , Not if your bubbles are radio buttons. Smartsheet doesn't support radio buttons in PDFs. You can change them to checkboxes and map those to Smartsheet instead.

Thank you Ryan and Andree! That makes sense. I'll just tweak my fillable PDF to a simple yes/no checkbox instead of radio bubble. I greatly appreciate all your help!
