I lost the data of my smartsheet

Hi

I lost the data of my smartsheet, an user saved the smartsheet as a "New sheet" on October 27th, And we lost all previous data, is it possible to recover a previous version some days before the event like October 19th, in order to recover the data of the full smartsheet ?

If they used the "Save As New" feature, then the original sheet should still exist.

Just to add to Paul's correct response, if you meant that the original sheet then had rows/data deleted from it, then if you're on a Business or Enterprise plan you can download a Sheet Snapshot from the Activity Log. Here's more information:
