How to playback gif in Smartsheet Dashboard? What is the image size requirement?

Everytime I insert gif image in the dashboard or portal, it is not moving or playback and sometimes I can't insert because of the image size requirement. May I know how you do it correctly? I am using canva on creating gifs.

Hi Benn,

I ran into this same issue while creating a how-to dashboard. I tried several ways, all of which did not function the way I needed them to. I reached out to Smartsheet, and the only reliable solution they could offer was to upload the gifs to Brandfolder, then copy the CDN link of the asset into the web content widget on the dashboard.
