I might just be misunderstanding but each time we have a new client, we use smartsheet to help track the progress. It has the following tasks :

Company Name 31d

MSA Sent to Client 3d (date it is sent to client)

Macro sent to VBA 1d (date it is sent to developer)

First Iteration 10d (10d after it is sent to developer)

Testing and Iterating 20d (20d after it is sent to a developer)

Is there a way for me to apply this to each new client instead of copy and paste?

Are you putting all of your clients on the same sheet, or are you creating a new sheet for each client?
