Trigger when a cell is updated

I am looking to set up a single notification when a change is made to a field on a datasheet.

I have set up the trigger below, but every 5 mins I'm getting duplicate notices.

Can someone help direct what I am doing wrong to trigger a single alert when a change occurs?

Hi @Dave_S in this notification you're saying, "Every time Estimate changes to Any Value, I want you to send me a notification". Is that right?

If so, look at the Alert section at the bottom where you specify who gets the alert notification.
