How do you 'test' a Smartsheet solution as an 'external user' when you are on an enterprise plan?

Create a 'free/trial account' for 2 weeks?

I created a free personal account with my personal email address which is not in our company email domain. I stay logged into Smartsheet in Chrome with my work account, and I use Firefox for my personal gmail login to Smartsheet.

From my work account I can share sheets, send workflow alerts and update requests, etc to my personal account and see how they appear, how they function, etc for a free external user.

If you need to test as an external licensed user, you can temporarily give your personal account a license even without the account being in your domain. It is then an "external licensed user."
