How can I add a link to my Smartsheet Form?

I use SS forms to register people from outside of our organization that want to attend one of our events.

I would like to add a pre-event survey link at the end of my SS registration form.

I've read a few suggestions that haven't worked for me:

1. add a heading field and enter the URL - didn't work for me.
2. create a file with the URL then add it with the file field - didn't work for me.
3. create a workflow that emails registrant the URL after they complete the form - won't work for people outside of my org.

How can I make this work?

How about putting it in the submission confirmation message?

Alternatively, to use automation to send an email, if you can't adjust the Automation Permissions on your sheet because it's globally limited:
