Counting Completed Tasks For Dashboard Report

On the project metrics sheet used for dashboard reporting, I need to count the number of times a particular task has been marked as completed using a checkbox.

Here is a screenshot of what I am trying to count (see green highlight).

Here is what this looks like on the project metrics sheet including the formula that keeps on returning an #UNPARSEABLE message.

I have tried dozens of variations of COUNTIFS formulas, but none of them works. A simple =COUNTIF({00-TCR-Opportunity Pipeline Tasks},labels@row)on the same sheet works perfectly, but - of course - that returns ALL instances when the task appears not only those that have been marked as completed.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

=COUNTIFS({00-TCR-Opportunity Pipeline Tasks}, Labels@row, {Done},1)
