Once you have downloaded the template, how do you get the Charter Template to display in the same format?

Yes! That looks like the example in Smartsheet of a Project Charter Template you could use as a starting point.

Keep in mind that the images you see in the web page above may be from one of the other examples (such as an Excel template or PowerPoint, etc)
