Add image to the Smartsheet Form (Questionnaire)

Hi Smartsheet Form Expert,

I have created a Form (Questionnaire).

One of the questions in the Questionnaire is as follows:

"Is there any other information you would like to share regarding your suggestion?"

In Smartssheet Form, would it be possible for the respondents to insert/attach an image to support their response?

Please advise.

After putting this box into your form, you can enter "Help Text" to give the area of the form context.
