Can Smartsheet provide an IP address for incoming forms?

We have set-up a survey form via Smartsheet and will be providing the form link to our global customers. Is there a way for Smartsheet to identify the country/region/city of the respondent returning the form? Typically, our surveys responses include IP addresses that are tagged to the response. This is our first year using Smartsheet for surveys. If this feature is not available, please suggest a workaround for identifying the respondent's general location, other than specifically asking for that information within the survey.

Unfortunately, it's not possible now, but it's an excellent idea!

Please submit this as a Product Feedback or Idea (If it hasn't been added already) when you have a moment.

Here's a possible workaround or workarounds

• If the submitters are Smartsheet Users, you could change the Form so they have to log in. You'll automatically get their email if you add the Created by column, and you can connect it to a sheet with a directory of the emails and the corresponding country.
