Can you capture elapsed time completing a Smartsheet form?

When you use the Forms Application in Excel the output does a date/time stamp. i.e. adding the Start and Completion Time columns along with the submitted data, thereby (in theory) capturing the elapsed time the user spent completing the form.

Does Smartsheet have this capability ?
