Form Submissions

Hello,

I sent someone a form to Approve/Declined a document, but he says he can't find it. Is there a way to retrieve submitted forms and resend it? It already has a Doc number associated with it. If I am not able to retrieve, will I have to create another one? Please advise, thanks!!

Did you send a form or added a workflow for approval/deferral?

Unfortunately, I don't think there is a way to retrieve a form that was submitted. Only way I can think of is to look at the row and maybe send or print the information. 

For future, you can have a workflow send a copy of each submission
