Service Ticket Smartsheet template

Hello Community. I am in the construction business and I am searching for a Service ticket Smartsheet template that I can modify for out needs. Does this exist?

@Andrée Starå Thanks for the quick response. This does help, I liked the Help Desk Ticket Tracker with Form sheet. I am trying to access something such as this Maintenance Service Request Template. https://www.smartsheet.com/content/service-request-forms-templates#what-is-a-service-request-template

When I try to access the Smartsheet version it asks me for my email credential almost as if Smartsheet does not recognize me as a licensed user. Any Ideal if this is actually accessible?
