How to use multiple forms in a single sheet?

Hi, I am new to Smartsheet so I apologize if this question has been answered before but I wasn't able to find a related question.

Can I use multiple forms in a single sheet? I am creating a process for work where I need 2 different groups inputs data into separate forms at separate times but I need all the data from the 2 forms to be fed into the same sheet, into the same rows but different columns. So I need FormA with 5 questions to feed data into Columns 1-5 in a sheet in row 1, and then a FormB with 10 questions to feed data into Columns 6-16 in the same sheet in row 1 as well.

The issue I'm facing is that when I create multiple forms, the data is being added to different columns but NOT the same row. the second form is adding additional rows.

Can someone help me figure this out?

Have you explored using the Update Request feature instead?
