Contact List Values Not Staying Synced

Hello All,

I've been having an issue with my contact list values. Contact List values revert back to text values after workflow runs. Any idea on how this can be solved?

    I have a sheet that gets updated weekly. I use the data shuttle to load an excel sheet that automatically updates the sheet. So, every time I upload the new excel sheet the contact list columns remain in the regular text and not in the format with the bubble as shown in the picture.
