Linking Sheets with drop down options

Is it possible to create a master sheet with a list of names that can be referenced on a second sheet that functions as a drop-down selection of names I can choose from?

Unfortunately, no.

Dynamic drop downs are one of the most requested features, but as of today are still not available. I'd encourage you to visit the below thread and upvote the enhancement request to keep it at the top of the list.

Darn! It would be such a great feature that is missing that would tie so much together
