Hide Comments and Attachments from other users.

Is there a way to hide comments and attachments from other users?

I have a published report in order to ide several columns from other users but it looks like I can still View Detail and see the attachments and internal comments.

What I would do in this instance is add the Report as a Report Widget in a Dashboard. This will only show row data without providing access to attachments or comments. Then you can publish the Dashboard if you'd like, or even share them to it directly.
