I have created a form for staff to use when they scan a QR code it populates, and they can fill out. What is the best option to have if I want management to be notified and complete approval of form when submitted?

Note: Management will have access to Smartsheet, but staff won't.

I use the automation on the sheet to request an approval when a new row is added since each time a form is submitted a new row is added.
