Can I create a Smartsheet entry by sending an email to a Smartsheet-designated email address?

Unfortunately, it's not possible natively now, but it's an excellent idea!

Please submit this as a Product Feedback or Idea (If it hasn't been added already) when you have a moment.

Here's a possible workaround or workarounds

• 3rd-party services like Zapier or similar
• Smartsheet API

Would any of those options work/help?

@JTodd You could use Zapier to add a new row based on receiving a new email. You may need an email parser if you wanted to extract specific information from the email. But its doable.
