Help with IF/ OR formula

I'm trying to combine the two formulas to get: If a then b or If c then d, else null.

The individual formulas work but I have a challenge combining them.

Try this:

=IF([% Spend]@row> 0.89, "Hundred", IF([% Spend]@row> 0.7, "Seventy", "NO"))
