multiple projects tracking/rollup templates

Dear SM Community,

I am being tasked to track multiple projects across the various teams and rollup these projects into one consolidated place using Smartsheet template, and create a high level dashboard for review. I had done some searches in the Solution Center and found a template called Project Management Office (PMO). I would like to ask if there are any other templates out there besides PMO would fulfill the same purpose of tracking and rolluping the multiple projects and create a high level summary in dashboard?
