Does wrapping text in a column or cell affect the view of others shared to the sheet?

I have some automation linked to a sheet from SalesForce that I know affects the sort of a shared sheet, but I'm not sure if that is the reason some columns are getting wrapped in my view, or if it's just another user. Same question but for column expanding as well.

@Nate Ensor yes, there is only one sheet view and it's the same for everyone. If you wrap a cell it will wrap for everyone, if you move or resize a column it will do so for everyone.
