NESTED IF FORMULA WITH PARENT/CHILD ROWS

NESTED IF FORMULA WITH PARENT/CHILD ROWS

edited 12/09/19 in Formulas and Functions

Hi everyone,

I am struggling with a formula to populate a parent row, as either "On Track" or "Off Track". This is dependent on how the child row compares to the "Weekly Goal". The formula I am trying to use is shown below but, Im doing something wrong. (screen shot of sheet also attached)

=(IF(CHILDREN([January (Week 1)]@row => "0.098", "On Track"))

    Remove the quotes from around your criteria. When you use quotes, SS looks for that EXACT text, but you are referencing percentages. Also... 98% is actually .98 instead of .098. See if that helps any.
