I am an admin user. I updated a sheet with multiple rules. The rules show up the sheet when I open it. But, when one of the other users on our account open the sheet, it is missing 4 rules.

she has editor permissions. she can view and edit.

Hi,
People with Editor-level sharing permissions can't create or edit automated update or approval requests. This is likely why they aren't seeing those rules. More info on sharing permission level capabilities can be found in the help center: https://help.smartsheet.com/articles/1155182-sharing-permission-levels
If they need to create or edit these types of workflows in the sheet, bump them up to Admin-level sharing permissions.

Yes, of course. I interpreted it as they could view and edit the Alerts & Actions.
I have shared sheets and dashboards with people outside of my organization, and one has a paid license. Would I be able to grant admin access to this licensed user to their sheet? Or would the ownership of the space by one organization limit the admin accessibility of someone from outside?
