I am an admin user. I updated a sheet with multiple rules. The rules show up the sheet when I open it. But, when one of the other users on our account open the sheet, it is missing 4 rules.

Hi,
People with Editor-level sharing permissions can't create or edit automated update or approval requests. This is likely why they aren't seeing those rules. More info on sharing permission level capabilities can be found in the help center: https://help.smartsheet.com/articles/1155182-sharing-permission-levels
If they need to create or edit these types of workflows in the sheet, bump them up to Admin-level sharing permissions.
